What interests me most is how partner organizations become easier to scale over time: clearer operating rhythm, healthier partner relationships, and better decisions across the business.
Today I serve as Partner Success Lead at Wix, helping lead partner success across North America and working with strategic partners on performance, adoption, and long-term value.
That mix of partnerships, operator experience, and cross-market work has shaped how I think about this space. I’m especially interested in partner ecosystems: how they grow, where they become harder to manage, and what helps them work with more clarity and consistency over time.
